The ESDCAN24HPYFH from ROHM Semiconductor is an Automotive-Grade Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode. It has a reverse standoff voltage of 24 V and a peak pulse power of up to 180 W. This TVS diode has a clamping voltage of up to 35.5 V and a reverse leakage current of less than 100 nA. It offers ESD protection up to 30 kV as per IEC 61000-4-2 standard and has very low capacitance to provide bidirectional protection for two lines. This AEC-Q101/AEC-Q006 qualified diode is available in a surface-mount package that measures 2.9 x 2.4 mm and is ideal for CAN-FD /CAN-XL, CAN, and FlexRay applications.
