ESDCAN27HPYFH Image

The ESDCAN27HPYFH from ROHM Semiconductor is an AEC-Q101-Qualified Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode. It has a reverse breakdown voltage of up to 27 V and a leakage current of less than 100 nA. This AEC-Q006-qualified protection diode has a clamping voltage of up to 47.5 V and a peak pulse power dissipation of 180 W. It provides an ESD protection of up to ±30 kV (contact) according to IEC61000-4-2 and withstands a peak pulse current of up to 4 A. This RoHS-compliant power diode offers bidirectional ESD protection and has low capacitance for reduced signal distortion. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 3.1 x 1.5 x 1.15 mm and is ideal for CAN-FD/CAN-XL, CAN, and FlexRay applications.
