The S-19611A Series from ABLIC are Automotive-grade CMOS Operational Amplifiers designed for high-accuracy sensing and signal conditioning applications. They have an operating voltage range of 2.65-5.50V and feature rail-to-rail input and output for maximum dynamic range. These AEC-Q100 qualified amplifiers require a low current consumption of 200 μA per circuit and provide a gain-bandwidth product of 320 kHz. They feature an ultra-low input offset voltage of ±100 to ±1 μV and a slew rate of 0.22 V/µs. These operational amplifiers offer a common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 130 dB and a power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 120 dB. They feature low offset voltage, low noise, and stable performance over a wide temperature range from −40°C to +105°C. These operational amplifiers use auto-zeroing techniques to provide low input offset voltage. They are available in surface-mount packages and are suitable for high-accuracy current detection, sensor interfaces, and strain gauge amplifiers.
