The PMR Series from ROHM Semiconductor is a series of Automotive-Grade High-Power Metal Plate Shunt Resistors. They have a resistance of 0.5-10 milli-ohms and a resistance tolerance of ±1/±5%. These AEC-Q200-qualified resistors have a power rating of up to 5 W. They have a temperature coefficient of up to 200 ppm/°C and can operate over a temperature range from -65°C to +175°C. These RoHS-compliant shunt resistors offer ultra-low resistance and high-power capability. They are available in a metal plate package that measures 6.40 x 3.20 mm and are ideal for large current detection circuits in automotive and industrial equipment applications.
