The D2TO35H Series from Vishay are Automotive-Grade High Power Thick Film Resistors. They have a resistance of 1-14 kilo-ohms and a tolerance of up to ±10%. These resistors have a voltage rating of up to 500 V and a power rating of 35 W. They are designed based on non-inductive thick film technology and exhibit high pulse absorption. These AEC-Q200 qualified resistors are used in direct contact with the heatsink and can absorb 30% more energy than the standard D2TO35 series of resistors. They are available in through-hole packages that measure 10.5 x 8.8 x 4.6 mm.
