The ISOA200 Series from Vishay are AEC-Q200 Qualified Thick Film Power Resistors. They have resistance of 10 ohms to 1 mega-ohms with tolerances of up to ±10%. These resistors have a maximum operating voltage of 1500 V and a power dissipation of up to 200 W. They operate over a temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C and offer dielectric strength of 4000 Vrms. These RoHS-compliant resistors are built on an alumina substrate and have a non-inductive design. They are available in screw-mount packages and are suitable for automotive precharge, discharge, and active discharge, industrial and AMS use such as power conversion and snubber applications.
