The LTA 30 Series from Vishay are Automotive Grade Thick Film Resistors. These non-inductive resistors have a resistance of 0.00010-450 kilo-ohms and a resistance tolerance of up to ±10%. They have power ratings of 30 W. These AEC-Q200-qualified resistors have a low inductance of 0.1 μH. They utilise thick-film technology and are optimised for direct ceramic mounting on a heatsink. These RoHS-compliant resistors have a limiting voltage of up to 500 V and can withstand a dielectric strength of up to 1500 VRMS for 1 minute. They are available in through-hole packages that measure 10.4 x 3.2 x 28.9 mm.
