The WSLF1206 Series from Vishay are Automotive-Grade Power Metal Strip Current-Sense Resistors. These resistors have a resistance of 0.3-3 milli-ohms and a resistance tolerance of up to ±5%. They have power ratings of over 5 W. These AEC-Q200-qualified resistors have very low inductance of 0.5 nH to 5 nH. They exhibit low TCR with a low thermal EMF of less than 1.25 μV/°C. These RoHS-compliant resistors use a solid metal manganese-copper and nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy resistive element and have a sulfur resistance by construction. They are available in surface-mount packages that measure 12 x 1.2 mm and are ideal for all types of current sensing and pulse applications, including switching and linear power supplies, instruments, power amplifiers, shunts, power inverters, and battery management.
