The AP2311M8G-13 from Diodes Incorporated is a Single Channel Current-Limited Integrated High-Side Power Switch that has been optimized for universal serial bus (USB), LCD TVs and monitors, set-top-boxes, residential gateways, laptops, desktops, servers, e-readers, printers, docking stations, and other routing applications. It requires an input voltage of 2.7 - 5.5 V and delivers an output current of up to 2.5 A.
