The BTH50015-1LUA from Infineon Technologies is an Automotive-Grade Single Channel High-Side Power Switch that has been designed to drive high current loads. It requires an operating voltage of 12-54 V. This AEC-Q100 Grade-1-qualified power switch has a low stand-by current and has an output leakage current of 75 µA. It features ground loss protection, ESD protection and integrated diagnostic functions.

This ISO 26262-compliant smart switch has a maximum on-state resistance of 3.5 milli-ohms and a nominal load current of 32 A.
