The SiP32467DB-T2-GE1 from Vishay is an Integrated High-Side Load Switch that is ideal for smartphones, GPS and portable media players, tablet computers, medical and healthcare equipment, industrial and instrumentation, and game console applications. It requires an input voltage of 1.2 - 5.5 V. This power switch can be controlled using an appropriate slew rate and offers reverse blocking when the switch is in OFF condition.
