The K180SA from Zhide Electronic is a Bidirectional Trigger Diode that has been designed to offer high reliability in high voltage applications. It has a break-over voltage of 180 V and a break-over current of 15 µA. This sidac offers over-voltage protection in crowbar circuits and high forward surge current capability. It eliminates voltage over-shoot caused by fast-rising transients and ensures low reverse leakage current. This RoHS-compliant sidac is available in a surface-mount package that measures 4.80 x 2.50 x 1.90 mm.
