The ET013 from EIC SEMICONDUCTOR is a Sidac that has been designed for industrial, military, and commercial applications. It has a break-over voltage of up to 138 V and a break-over current of less than 200 µA. This RoHS-compliant sidac has a holding current (dynamic) of up to 100 mA.
