The B78541A2528A003 from TDK Corporation is an Automotive-Grade Gate Drive Transformer that is ideal for a galvanically isolated single-channel IGBT/SiC driver IC.  This transformer has a nominal inductance of 50 µH and a leakage inductance of 0.7 µH.
