The V120CH8 from Littelfuse is a Metal Oxide Varistor that is ideal for use in a variety of applications from low voltage DC to off-line board-level protection. It has an AC voltage rating of 75 V, a DC voltage rating of 102 V, and a clamping voltage of less than 200 V. This low-profile varistor provides no derating at an ambient temperature of up to 125°C. It permits designers to reduce the size and weight and improve the reliability of their equipment designs. This RoHS-compliant varistor is available in a surface-mount package that measures 5 x 8 mm.
