The AOZ32034AQV from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor is a Wireless Charger Transmitter Driver IC that delivers an output power from 15 to 50 W. It requires an input voltage of 3.8 - 28 V and supports 12 V and 24 V voltage rail systems. This IC includes an integrated bootstrap diode, high-side, and low-side N-channel MOSFETs with low drain-source resistance, and a driver circuit. It is composed of a full-bridge topology with resonant tank circuit that delivers the high efficiency of a power converter. This RoHS-compliant charging IC provides an adjustable gate drive sink and source current control to optimize electromagnetic interference (EMI) and driver losses with a support for multiple protection functions such as under-voltage lockout (UVLO), and over-temperature protection for safety during operations. It is available in a surface mount package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for wireless charging applications.
