It has a break-over voltage of up to 77 V and a break-over current of less than 50 A. This silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) can handle a maximum pulse current of 100 A for a duration of 10/1000 µs and a peak pulse current of 400 A for a duration of 8/20 µs.
