The LED6000 from STMicroelectronics is a Step-Down Monolithic Switching Regulator designed for driving high-brightness LEDs in a wide range of industrial and lighting applications. It requires an input voltage of 4.5-61 V. This LED driver integrates an internal power MOSFET with a typical RDS(ON) of 250 milli-ohms. It supports up to 3 A of DC output current with an excellent regulation accuracy of ±3%. This LED driver features a dedicated DIM pin for digital PWM dimming.

These AEC-Q200-qualified power inductors have a saturation current of 7.5 A and a DC resistance of 18-25 milli-ohms. They have a magnetically shielded construction and handle high transient current spikes without saturation. These power inductors feature side and bottom plated terminals.
