The BC557CBK from Diotec Semiconductor is a General Purpose PNP Bipolar Junction Transistor that is ideal for signal processing switching, and amplification commercial/ industrial grade applications. It has a collector-emitter voltage of up to 50 V, a base-emitter voltage of 660 mV, and a saturated collector-emitter voltage of 80 mV.
