The AOZ53228QI from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor is a Synchronous Buck Power Stage Module. It requires a power supply of 2.5-18 V and a driver supply of 4.5-5.5 V. This highly integrated converter combines two asymmetrical MOSFETs with an integrated high-speed gate driver, delivering a continuous output current of up to 60 A, with pulse current capability reaching 80 A for 10 ms and 120 A for 1 ms.
