The TSZ151 Series from STMicroelectronics are AEC-Q100-Qualified Zero Drift Operational Amplifiers. They require a supply voltage of 1.8-5.5 V. These op-amps provide an output current of 210 µA. They deliver a signal voltage gain of 135 dB and have a common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 132 dB. These op-amps have a rail-to-rail input and output and operate over a temperature of -40 to 125 °C. They provide a gain-bandwidth product of up to 1.6 MHz and provide excellent precision without any calibration requirements. These op-amps are available in surface-mount packages and are ideal for high-accuracy signal conditioning, automotive current measurement, and sensor signal conditioning applications.
