The K1300G from JieJie Microelectronics is a Silicon Bilateral Voltage Triggered Switch that has been designed for high-voltage lamp ignitors, natural gas ignitors, gas oil ignitors, high-voltage power supplies, xenon ignitors, overvoltage protectors, pulse generators, and fluorescent lighting ignitor applications. It has a break-over voltage of up to 138 V and a break-over current of less than 50 µA. This sidac boasts exceptional transient surge absorption capability, offering quick responses to surge voltage at the nanosecond level. It features glass-passivated junctions and high-voltage LCMP ignitors that protect against voltage fluctuations and surges.
