The K1300SB from JieJie Microelectronics is a Silicon Bilateral Voltage Triggered Switch that has been designed for high-voltage lamp ignitors, natural gas ignitors, gas oil ignitors, high-voltage power supplies, xenon ignitors, over-voltage protectors, pulse generators, and fluorescent lighting ignitor applications. It has a break-over voltage of up to 138 V and a break-over current of less than 50 µA. This sidac offers excellent transient surge absorption capability with quick responses to surge voltage in the order of nanoseconds. It features a glass-passivated junction and high-voltage LCMP ignitors that protect against voltage fluctuations and surges. This RoHS-compliant sidac is available in a through-hole package that measures 4.65 x 3.00 mm.
