The K1800SD1 from JieJie Microelectronics is a Bilateral Voltage-Triggered Sidac that is ideal for high-voltage lamp ignitors, natural gas ignitors, gas oil ignitors, high-voltage power supplies, xenon ignitors, overvoltage protectors, pulse generators, fluorescent lighting ignitors, and HID lighting ignitors applications. It has a break-over voltage of up to 195 V and a break-over current of less than 50 A. This Sidac offers quick response to surge voltage with an excellent capability to absorb transient surges compared to standard diacs. It is provided with glass-passivated junctions with high voltage lcmp ignitors delivering greater mechanical strength. It is available in a surface mount package that measures 3.45 x 1.6 x 0.7 mm.
