The GHD1620T from Geehy Semiconductor is a Single-Phase High-Voltage High-Speed Gate Driver IC designed for the bridge circuits composed of dual N-channel VDMOS power tubes or IGBT. This gate driver controls the high-side drive circuit output (HO) and low-side drive circuit output (LO) through the input signals.
