The 1EDI3040AS from Infineon Technologies is an AEC-Q100-Qualified Single-Channel Isolated IGBT/Sic-MOSFET Driver. It is based on coreless transformer technology and provides a peak current of up to 20 A. This gate driver features digitally configurable desaturation (DESAT) and overcurrent protection, along with undervoltage/overvoltage lockout (UVLO/OVLO) and shoot-through protection to enhance system reliability. It provides a reinforced insulation of up to 8 kV and supports runtime slew-rate control through independent outputs governed by a primary-side digital input pin.
