The IXD_630 from Littelfuse are High-Speed MOSFET Driver ICs that are designed to drive the latest IXYS’ power MOSFETs and IGBTs. They require an input voltage of 0.8 - 3.5 V and an input current of ±10 µA. These gate drivers consist of logic gates and protection circuitries. They can eliminate cross-conduction and current shoot-through and are immune to latch-up conditions. These driver ICs can be either configured as a non-inverting driver with an Enable pin or an inverting driver. They integrate an under voltage lockout (UVLO) function to hold the output low until a sufficient amount of supply voltage is applied.

The gate drivers have low propagation delays and fast-matched rise/fall times, making them suitable for very high frequency and high power applications. They operate over a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. These RoHS-compliant MOSFET drivers are available in a surface-mount package that measures 9.652 x 14.605 mm and are ideal for pulse transformer drivers, class-D switching amplifiers, DC-DC converters, motor controls, efficient power MOSFET and IGBT switching, and switch mode power supply (SMPS) applications.
