The Si823H9CC-AS from Skyworks Solutions is an Automotive Qualified Symmetric Drive ISODriver that is ideal for power delivery systems, motor control systems, isolated DC-DC power supplies, lighting control systems, solar and industrial inverters, on-board chargers, battery management systems, charging stations, traction inverters, hybrid electric vehicles and battery electric vehicle applications. It requires an input voltage of 3 - 5.5 V. This gate driver combines two isolated gate drivers in a single package for high-power applications. It offers versatility with single or dual control inputs, featuring independent or high-side/low-side outputs to meet a range of application requirements. This AEC-Q100-qualified gate driver incorporates Skyworks' proprietary silicon isolation technology, providing an isolation voltage of up to 5 kV (RMS) for 1 minute. It includes over-temperature protection, output under-voltage lockout (UVLO) fault detection, dead-time programmability, and fail-safe drivers for enhanced reliability in power MOSFETs and IGBT applications. This RoHS-compliant gate driver is available in a surface-mount package that measures 10.45 x 10.55 x 2.65 mm.
