The MCG360P15-TP from Micro Commercial Components is a P-Channel MOSFET. It has a drain-source voltage of -150 V, a gate threshold voltage of -2.7 V, and a drain-source on-resistance of 290 milli-ohms. This MOSFET has a continuous drain current of -10 A, a pulsed drain current of -40 A and a power dissipation of less than 78 W.
